Included with out standard maintenance plan is 90 monthly minutes of fixes or general development. If you precisely provide us with exactly what you want to be changed, it would only take a few minutes to make the changes. Our small maintenance plan might be the better choice for those whose websites require little to no changes as we include 30 monthly minutes at a cheaper monthly subscription. If you would like, we also offer hourly rates, and this might be best if you are looking for additional time on your plans or just a quick fix here and there. Purchasing 1 hour from REY Design is the equivalent of 60 minutes, and the time is tracked; once the 60 minutes is up, REY Design will notify you that your time is up (the 60 minutes don’t have to be used all at once).
Yes, of course, you can build your website, but the question is, do you want to? Do you have the time to build it? And do you know what you are doing? There are plenty of website builders out there that are user-friendly with drag-and-drop methods such as WIX and GoDaddy, among many more, to help build the site with no knowledge of coding needed. But there is much more to a website than just a pretty face; outranking our competition on the search engines will determine whether potential customers choose your products/services before theirs. Knowing a thing or two about coding will help your website performance.
Honestly, over the years, we’ve built many websites, and the first few took their time to complete, and we had to study many different techniques to optimize and not get left behind. Of course, you can cancel any monthly subscription/plan. Website Subscriptions require a six-month minimum to qualify for the buyout. Once the buyout (price varies) is confirmed, you own the rights to your website, and the subscription will automatically be canceled. Other subscriptions/plans do not have any requirements or penalties for canceling. We encourage a two-week notice so we can adjust any current campaigns if you wish to cancel or change. If payment failure occurs, your subscription/plan will become suspended until payment is confirmed, and all work will be stopped until then.
There is more than meets the eye for SEO “Search Engine Optimization.” But as a general rule, don’t expect to see results overnight… It’s a process of different techniques and building your ranking on the world wide web. Usually, you can see results around three months, especially if it is off-site SEO. On-site SEO, such as optimizing the complete site, is quicker to give results; they are just the first stepping stones of SEO. Without SEO, you will still rank, but you can expect 3-12 months before Google ranks you where you’ll be.

REY Design has a standard 30-day policy from the date of your work quote to respect the agreed pricing. After 30 days, you will be required to ask for a new quote. All work quotes are personally designed for your business needs. If you wish to share your quote with anyone, understand that REY Design is not obligated to grant the same pricing/discounts to anyone else. If they are interested in a quote for their business, please have them contact us directly and add you/your business as a referral. Not a problem; the nice thing about our work is that we are not limited to one area. REY Design has already crossed borders, and our work can be found in Canada and the United States of America. The only difference is that all interactions will be online via Google Meet, WhatsApp, or other sources. We are 100% fluent in English and Spanish, allowing us to work within both markets, but we are not limited to only that as we’ve created a few sites now in French as well (of course, with the help of the clients who asked for this request).
Yes, we highly recommend our management & support plans. The reason behind this is that if your website is not properly maintained. Errors can occur or someone tries to hack your site, you can lose all your information, or even worse, the moment a potential client stumbles across your website looking for your services/products and cannot complete the transaction, you lose them to your competition, all reasons why you should have your website maintained.
We offer different plans for any size business, including proper tests, security, backups, and dedicated time for fixing any errors. Plus, you have dedicated monthly minutes for general fixes or general development on your website, allowing us to work together slowly, building your website to its best potential. Overall, we highly recommend signing up for our management & support plans. You can rest at ease that you have other eyes maintaining the site periodically throughout the week, ensuring nothing is wrong. Nothing puts you between a potential sale.
Website packages are a one-time fee for the initial design of the website and getting everything set up and live on the web. Every website might have add-ons that your business requires, and the price may vary. We include management & support free for three months with our website packages. After the free period, you have different recommended options but are not obligated for your website to function correctly.
Additionally, every website will have an annual fee: hosting (where your files are held online), domain (url/www.yourdomain.com), and SSL security keeping your customers trustworthy of the information you share on the website. The annual fee might differ depending on the extras we include on your website; all add-ons that have an additional cost (one-time/annually) will be discussed with the client so they know and agree to the new fee if they choose to accept it. The annual subscription fee is an estimated USD $160+tax.
We state that from one to three months for website completion, but this has a lot to do with you! If you can supply us with everything we need (for more information, check out “Before Building A Website,” which has more details). Providing us with all the content we need is critical! Photos, product information, prices, about us, contact information, etc., all help speed up the process of finishing the website quicker. Also, a significant factor will be how large of a website we are building for you and our current workload, don’t worry; we don’t finish one at a time but dedicate certain hours and team members to each project, so they all flow smoothly. Over the years, we’ve been getting quicker to completing the website design.
So overall, if you supply us with everything we need, we will try to finish the project design within the first month to be live to the public and indexed in the search engines to start the ranking process. We can apply off-site SEO for websites not built by REY Design, as they qualify for our SEO packages.
